Course Payment & Cancellation Policy

Creative Collective Art Classes

1. Securing your place
A £170.00 deposit is required to reserve your place on a 12 week course. One day classes are paid in full to secure a place. Your place is confirmed once your deposit has been received, and you will receive a confirmation email. The balance of £170.00 will be due before the course 12 week course starts. The full cost of the 12 week course is £340.00.

2. Non-refundable
All course payments are non-refundable. We book tutors, venue hire and materials based on class numbers, and your place is held exclusively for you while it is reserved.

3. If you can no longer take your place
If you are unable to take up your place on the course you booked, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to transfer your deposit to the next available course that you are able to attend. Transfers are subject to availability, and the deposit can only be moved to a course of equal or lesser value. If the new course costs more, the difference will be payable.

4. Transfer requests
Transfer requests must be made in writing, by email, at least 3 weeks before the start date of your booked course. Requests received after this deadline cannot be accommodated. Where a transfer is arranged, your deposit is valid for the course we agree with you and cannot be transferred again without our agreement.

5. After the course has commenced
Regretfully, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer once your booked course has started. Tutors, venue hire and materials are all arranged according to class numbers, and we are not able to refill a place once a course is under way. If you find you can no longer attend part way through the term, you will still have access to all of the class project guide sheets to support your independent learning.

6. If we cancel or change a course
If we cancel a course, or are unable to offer you a place, we will offer you a place on an alternative course or return your deposit in full.

7. Paying your deposit
By paying your deposit through our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
